MALAMAK'S EGO (CKC 531601), male, grey and white saddleback with blue eyes, was born 3 June 1962, bred by J. Malcolm McDougall, Ste. Agathe des Monts, Québec. He was one of the best of the Malamak dogs and was finally sold to Johanna Wilson (Permafrost Kennels) of Hudson, Québec. He was the sire of LYL OF SEPSEQUEL and MOKA OF SEPSEQUEL who were among the "Second Foundation" dogs of the Markovo rescue period. EGO was not quite 100% Seppala by virtue of two or three dogs in the tenth generation of his pedigree; certainly he was as near as makes no difference!
