(PURE SEPPALA dogs in this pedigree are indicated by purple-coloured type and capital letters.)

NANNA, a white female born 18 December 1932, was claimed by Dr. Charles Belford to be one of the finest Siberians he ever saw. She was sold by Alec Belford to Harry R. Wheeler, much to his son's distress, but the deal brought two of her progeny back to the Belford Kennel and was instrumental in creating the strong bond between the Belford and Wheeler kennels. NANNA's lineage was given incorrectly in the C.K.C. studbook entry as "Wolf x Nan." The pedigree above shows her correct lineage as stated by Dr. Belford in an interview in 1983 with Barbara Bradley Petura.
